It's time we took control. Took control of oursel It's time we took control. Took control of ourselves, our planet, our decisions and stop being taught how to think. Task for the rest of this week; make every decision and every opinion be a conscious one. Before you communicate an opinion...stop. Think; is this my opinion? Why do I hold it? Have I been taught it or is it originally mine? It's quite incredible how many opinions we hold which is actually just a regurgitation from somewhere else. In my opinion 😛.

Beautiful @rasheenakara in the States opted for pl Beautiful @rasheenakara in the States opted for plant based for her and her gorgeous daughter as they made the switch to conscious living some years ago. Being vegan, they choose non-animal based and non-polluting products and they are uncomfortable with the ethics involved in human hair. Our banana fibre hair ticked all the boxes for their beauty and ethical needs.

Beautiful girls 🌱❤️

Anyone else feel as though this (nearly) 2 year jo Anyone else feel as though this (nearly) 2 year journey has been somewhat of a spiritual awakening for humanity? Or maybe it is still to come?

What we truly need in life, who we very much need. What matters to us and what really doesn’t. What we want from our future. How important is money or more importantly, how important is more money. Does a business/job have to continue to grow or can you just enjoy the journey and not strive for growth. Put down the phone, put down the camera, enjoy the moment. Using personal social media as a tool not a platform. Leave the city and run for the hills. Meaningful conversations not just an Instagram story. The increase of focus on physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Gravitate towards like minded people. Conscious choices, less is more, simple is always better. Compassion. Give. Get amongst nature, she’s talking to you.

These are all areas of life that I have personally felt a shift in during this last 2 years. Yeah some of it I sound like a weirdo, I get it 😝.

Have a think to yourself, what good has come out of this challenging time for me? What have I learnt about myself and my life? Embracing a change in mindset can embrace your mental and spiritual wellbeing, it can also open many doors for this positive journey to continue.

Of course this is just my own opinion, I’m no expert on any of the above, I am only an expert on my own experience.

This is a picture of my beautiful friend Kesha. Isn’t she cute? 💓
Our brand illustrates a circular economy practise. Our brand illustrates a circular economy practise. Our hair fibre is a waste product, we make it in to an item then when it is finished with it can be composted. We believe a linear economy within fashion brands belongs in history, what do you think?
